Guidance Backed by Real Visa Industry Experience
Welcome to our consultancy, where career counselling meets practical visa and study-abroad experience.
I’m Paras Gusain, a Career Counsellor with more than 5 years of professional experience in the visa industry, including over 5 years of experience working with VFS Global.
My professional journey in the visa industry has given me practical exposure to visa application procedures, documentation, client guidance, and the processes involved in preparing applications. I have also gained experience with study visa applications and Schengen visa processes, giving me an industry-oriented understanding of the challenges students may face when planning their international education journey.
Today, I use this experience to help students make more informed decisions about their education, study destination, course selection, and visa preparation.
From Visa Experience to Career Counselling
Studying abroad involves much more than choosing a university or submitting a visa application.
Students need to consider their academic background, career goals, preferred destination, course options, financial considerations, documentation, and visa requirements before making an important decision.
My experience in the visa industry allows me to bring a practical perspective to career counselling. I help students understand the journey from exploring suitable study options to preparing for the visa process, so they can approach each stage with greater clarity and confidence.
I believe that every student’s profile is different. There is no single study-abroad pathway that is right for everyone. Our approach therefore begins with understanding the student’s background, goals, preferences, and future plans before providing guidance.

Our Approach
Personalised Guidance
Every student has a different academic background, budget, career objective, and destination preference. We take these factors into consideration rather than offering one-size-fits-all advice.
Practical Experience
Our guidance is informed by real-world experience in the visa industry, giving students a practical understanding of documentation, procedures, and application preparation.
Clear & Transparent Communication
We believe students and parents deserve straightforward information. Our goal is to explain the process clearly, set realistic expectations, and help students understand their available options.
Student-Focused Support
From exploring study options to preparing for the visa process, we aim to support students through each stage of their international education journey.
Why Work With Us?
Choosing to study abroad is an important decision that can shape your education and future career.

With professional experience in the visa industry and a focus on career and study-abroad counselling, we bring together career guidance and practical visa knowledge under one approach.
Our Mission
Our mission is simple: to help students make informed education and career decisions and approach their study-abroad journey with greater clarity and confidence.
We aim to bridge the gap between career planning, international education, and visa preparation, while providing students and parents with practical and transparent guidance throughout the process.
Your International Education Journey Starts With the Right Guidance
Whether you are exploring your first study-abroad opportunity, considering different countries and courses, or looking for guidance on the visa process, we are here to help you understand your options and plan your next step.
